How do I unsubscribe from promotions and messages?
In your Facebook Messenger, every time you receive a message, you will notice an option that says “Unsubscribe”.
You can also write the word stop without any typos.
Why do I have to give my credit card information for the product to be tested?
We require a shipping and handling fee only, and you receive the product, Master Class and downloadable material to keep for ever.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time to most countries is 20-55 days. But this depends on the specific promotion, some include faster shipping times of up to 3 days. Most of these products are imported from the manufacturer.
My order has the Completed status but I have not received my item
The completed status means that the order was processed for shipping, not that is was delivered.
How much is Shipping and Handling fee?
It may vary from $4.95 to $8.95 depending on the product and your country. You will see how much it is in the checkout form before you complete your order.
How do I get my Patterns/Recipes and Class from the order I placed?
If you placed an order for a product to be tested and the promotion includes a Class, Pattern or Recipes, you need to login to your account and you will find them right in your account page. You can then download your patterns or recipes. If you don’t remember your login details you can contact us.
