June 29, 2020 by Karen Lupher 2 Comments

I have quilted in a while but I believe I did pretty good. But I can’t decide what color binding I should use.

What somebody told me about combining colors once is this:

If God put the shades together in nature, it’s okay to put it together in your quilt / decor / fashion / etc.

So for your quilt, you have mostly flower petal colors (in my mind), pinks and purples and yellows. I would pick a green as if it were the stem or leaves.

Beautifully done! I would do a binding in a mixture of the fabrics contained in the quilt…. I love whimsy though!
